About the Job

Technical Support to provide technical expertise and field support for lubricant applications in industrial and marine sectors. This role ensures product performance, conducts oil analysis, and delivers practical solutions to optimize equipment reliability and efficiency.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and recommendations for lubricant selection and usage.
• Conduct oil sampling, analysis, and troubleshooting of lubrication-related issues.
• Support sales and customers with technical presentations and product training.
• Prepare technical reports and coordinate with internal teams and principals.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, or Marine Engineering.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in technical support, maintenance, or lubrication engineering (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Strong understanding of engine lubrication systems and oil analysis.
• Willing to travel and work in industrial or marine environments.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
