As a Sales Executive at Samoedera Group, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Your Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research and networking.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations, proposals, and negotiations with clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client needs and contracts.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good knowledge of the industry/market (logistics, trading, or related field is a plus).
- Willing to travel for business meetings or client visits as required.
- Fluent in English
