About the Job

As a Warehouse Admin, you will play an important role in ensuring smooth and efficient logistics and distribution processes. From coordinating deliveries to managing inventory and documentation, you will help support timely product movement and operational accuracy

Your Responsibilities

  • Coordinating daily logistics and delivery schedules
  • Preparing and managing shipping and delivery documents
  • Monitoring shipment status and ensuring on-time delivery
  • Coordinating with transporters, warehouses, and internal teams
  • Managing inventory movement and updating stock records
  • Handling goods receipt and dispatch documentation
  • Assisting in resolving delivery issues and discrepancies
  • Supporting logistics reporting and operational improvement

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma (D3/S1) in Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, or related fields
  • 1–2 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations (fresh graduates may be considered)
  • Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Good coordination, communication, and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under deadlines
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
