About the Job
Samoedera Group provides integrated marine solutions in Indonesia, including marine lubricants, chemical products, fuel, propulsion systems, and coolant solutions. Our products are designed to improve vessel efficiency, maintain engine performance, and support reliable marine operations. We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to expand our market and build strong customer relationships.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct canvassing and identify potential customers
- Promote and sell company products including Hydromaster propulsion systems, and marine chemical products (Vecom)
- Maintain and monitor customer accounts receivable (AR)
- Prepare quotations and proposals for customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve assigned sales targets
- Provide market feedback and competitor insights
Requirements & Qualifications
- Male, 24–30 years old
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Naval Architecture or related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in commercial shipyard, ship repair (dockyard), or marine industry
- Experience in sales/marketing within shipyard or marine services is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Willing to be placed in Batam and currently domiciled in Batam
- Hold a valid SIM A & SIM C
